Wander through its 3rd-century caverns, where wine matures in French Oak barrels. Learn about both the historical and modern methods of wine production in the area before tasting the “Nectar of the Gods,” a special selection of Pallavicini’s wine perfectly paired with select traditional food samples including breads and local grissini (bread sticks).
